JIM RANDALL
PRESIDENT/CEO

Jim has been with IHC SCOTT for the past 26 years and was in his role as President/COO for the past seven years. Jim grew up around the construction business and his experience working as a laborer during the summers and fulfilling the roles of project engineer, project manager, senior estimator, and chief estimator have helped provide him a balanced understanding of the construction business.

Jim graduated from Colorado State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management. He and his wife Denise have one son and live in Parker, Colorado. Outside of work Jim enjoys playing golf, fly fishing, and spending time in the Rocky Mountains.

John Medberry

JOHN MEDBERRY
VICE PRESIDENT OF ADMINISTRATION

John Medberry has served 37 years with IHC Scott. A graduate from the University of Iowa, John worked construction during college and loves the industry. After college he started with a CPA firm in Illinois, focusing on construction and tax.

He got married and moved to Colorado, joining IHC Scott when it was a small business with $28 million in revenue. He has served in a variety of financial and administrative roles as well as operations support, including the on-site safety director for the Denver airport terminal initial construction.

He’s had the opportunity to lead the company in the CFO role for the past 20 years and has experience in business planning, complex financial transactions, investments, labor relations, risk management, surety, insurance, legal representation, and mergers and acquisitions.

He enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, hiking, and mountain biking.

Terri Priday

TERRY PRIDAY
VICE PRESIDENT OF ADMINISTRATION

Terry has been in the construction industry for 25 years. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business, with an emphasis in Accounting, from the University of Colorado. She started with IHC Scott 17 years ago, and prior to that worked in public accounting for over 10 years. She started as an assistant controller and has advanced through the ranks, taking on increased responsibility for the operational support side of the company, including equipment, safety, human resources, and administrative processes.

Terry has been married to her husband, Mark, for 34 years and has two grown and married sons. She enjoys spending time in the mountains, spending time with friends, volunteering with local organizations and spoiling her granddaughter.

MATT RANDALL
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Matt started working for IHC Scott when he was 18 over the summers, eventually taking on a full-time prep-crew foreman role.  After graduating from Colorado State University in 1997 he has been involved in project management, estimating and operations. His expertise in multi-phase complex roadway construction, high spec airfield paving projects, issue resolution, team development, business management, and performance as promised make him a valued asset to the organization. Matt has been with IHC Scott for the last 23 years and has been the operations manager for the last six.

Matt lives in Parker, Colorado with his wife Lesley and they are the proud parents of two boys. Matt enjoys fishing, hunting, golf and spending time with friends and family. He is extremely excited about the future of IHC Scott and the opportunity to help grow the organization in the years to come.

Tony Roberts

TONY ROBERTS
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Tony was born into a construction family and has been observing and learning the tricks of the trade his entire life. He started working in the family construction company at the age of 17 and during this time he learned what it takes to build a successful construction business.

After receiving his degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University, Tony transitioned into a project manager role where he mentored the younger generation, helping them learn the importance of managing costs, tracking quantities, and staying on top of their budget and schedule commitments.

For the past 23 years he has continued to learn and grow his career from operations manager to partner at Castle Rock Construction to his current role as vice president at IHC Scott.  He attributes his ability to solve problems and successfully lead a team to his years of experience in the field. His career has allowed him to travel the country and help build public, private, and commercial projects ranging from $10,000 to over $200 million.

Tony has been married for 21 years and has three sons ranging in age from 21 to 27. He is an avid hunter and fisherman and loves giving back to the community by coaching baseball and working with organizations that help those who are less fortunate. He feels blessed to have had successful experiences both inside and outside of the workplace and is excited to lead the IHC Scott team to continued success in the future.

CORY ALLINGTON
VICE PRESDIENT OF PRECONSTRUCTION

Cory has been in the heavy civil industry for 19 years and the past 14 of those have been with IHC Scott. Prior to beginning his career, Cory worked in the construction industry as a laborer during the summers, which influenced his decision to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University. Cory employs a hands-on approach, developed through his roles as laborer, estimator, engineer, superintendent, project manager and chief estimator. Constructing all facets of heavy civil projects across the country has provided him a thorough understanding of the industry.

Cory and his wife Stephanie live in Franktown, Colorado and have been blessed with one son and two daughters. When not at work, Cory enjoys spending time with his family playing various sports, going camping, hiking, skiing and generally enjoying the Colorado sunshine.
