96th Avenue Extension

IHC Scott extended 96th Avenue from Buckley Road to Tower Road, moving 100,000 cubic yards of embankment, installing 5,000 feet of storm pipe and 2,700 feet of water main. Initially over budget, Scott proposed a less costly concrete paving alternative, and placed 17,200 square yards of new 10” concrete paving with 7,700 feet of curb and gutter, bringing the project budget back in line.
