Basalite Concrete Facility

The new Basalite Concrete Products facility located in Ft. Lupton, CO will provide a better and bigger production facility for Basalite Concrete Products. IHC-Scott was contracted under Murry & Stafford, Inc. to build the access road for this facility, including all the underground utilities, grading and detention ponds for this project. The project started in early 2020 and was completed at the end of the year. The project included 20,900 SY of 7” PCCP, 3000 LF of Curb and Gutter, 9,612 SF among other miscellaneous items.
