At this new residential development in Parker, Colorado, IHC Scott installed 3,700 feet of sanitary main and 6,000 feet of water main. The intricate storm system included 250 feet of 6’x16’ box culvert with forebay and outlet structure. To this, IHC Scott added 23,000 feet of curb, gutter and sidewalks for this 74 lot development.
