Orchard Parkway Construction

Satisfying the City of Westminster’s traffic needs, IHC Scott extended Orchard Parkway from 136th Avenue to 144th Avenue and constructed a new 142nd Avenue from Orchard Parkway to Huron. In addition to new water, sanitary and storm lines running the project’s mile-long length, what had been farmer’s fields became a new concrete box culvert bridge with a lighted bike trail underneath, and a parkway above, with new traffic signals, street lighting and landscaped medians.
