Box culvert installation and storm drain underground utility

IHC Scott has constructed multiple phases of the new Sierra Ridge development in Parker, Colorado, providing services to over 600 lots, with over 30,000 feet of sanitary main, and another 30,000 feet of water main, together with 12,800 feet of RCP storm and 78 new inlets. Concrete crews then poured 11,900 feet of new curb and gutter making the site ready for paving.

Sierra Ridge 1B & 2

At its Sierra Ridge project, Scott installed a new 624-foot concrete box culvert with both inlet and outlet structures. In conjunction with the new box culvert, Scott crafted multiple sloping boulder drop structures, utilizing over 8,000 tons of boulders and rip rap to complete the drainage way.
