As the General Contractor for a Metropolitan District, IHC Scott performed major channel improvements for this new residential development on Smokey Hill and Arapahoe Road in Aurora, CO. expertly installing over 3,000 tons of grouted boulders over 5,000 tons of rip rap and complex water quality structures. IHC Scott blazed new roadways to the site, bringing water and sewer connections and storm piping, providing 5,000 feet of sidewalk and 10,000 feet of curb and gutter, where the streets were paved with 10,000 tons of asphalt.
