Working in multiple phases, IHC Scott was instrumental in developing 382 lots at Stepping Stone, a residential community in Douglas County, Colorado. Under a tight schedule, Scott installed 23,000 feet of water main, 17,500 feet of sanitary main, placed over two acres of 15” road base to prep the roadways, and installed over eleven miles of sidewalk and curb and gutter.
