Willow Bend Subdivision

Willow Bend is a residential subdivision that is being developed by Lennar Homes in Thornton, CO. When complete Scott Contracting will have excavated the expandable soils and prepped the ground for solid home foundations, installed utilities and a large drainage channel that to mitigate any flooding potential. The project has areas that involve the City of Thornton’s Urban Drainage plan and is compliant with the E470 easement. The easement and work itself have made for a difficult project, but the project team is continuing to progress on time to maintain a good relationship with the community and the governing agencies.
