Over multiple phases, IHC Scott developed Lyons Ridge in the foothills of Denver. After shaping the site with over 233,000 cubic yards of earthwork, IHC Scott installed over 6,000 feet of water main, and 5,000 feet of sanitary main and force main, completing the site with over 14,000 linear feet of concrete curb, gutter and walks, and 24,750 square yards of new street paving.
